Dr. Eleni Kavazidou speaks English, German, Italian and French, is proficient in Greek Sign Language, the MAKATON language system and the Braille writing system and adequately the PECS communication system.

She is a graduate (i) of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1997 AUTh), (ii) of the Professional Dance School of the Municipality of Thessaloniki (1997) and (iii) of the Modern Conservatory of Thessaloniki, Department of Jazz (2005).

She has a Master’s Degree in Physical Exercise and Health, specializing in Special Physical Education specializing in exercise during pregnancy (2002 AUTh) and a PhD in Exercise and Quality of Life specializing in Chorokinesiotherapy or Co-Occupational Therapy for 2012 AUTh).

Since 2007 he has attended various training courses in project management in research and education. She was a researcher at the Laboratory of Sports Hygiene and Nutrition of the Department of Physical Education & Sports of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2002-2017).

She is the author of several mini-books related to her experience, author or group of authors in many research articles, while much of her research activity is unpublished. Since 1999 she has been a sporadic member or liaison officer in various EU research and training programs or experts in the field of Dance Art in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor.

She has received various awards from the National Foundation for State Scholarships and TEDx. She has extensive experience as a coach, educator, choreographer, youth worker, adult educator and educator of formal and physical education instructors on issues related to her experience.

She is also the main choreographer of the dance theater group of Esaii en Roi and has done her internship in Dance / Kinesiotherapy in Boarding Schools of the Psychiatric Hospital of Stavroupolis as well as in the Mental Health Center of Serres.
